We had a spontaneous meeting with YL Coach Sina and Ajay of the Red Brigade and Bal Manch with focus on psychotherapy.

It was super interesting since it brought out details of their work and Ajay’s journey and suboptimal aspects of helping and healing german youth who experienced sexual abuse through childhood, compared to how Red Brigade intervenes early and acts without any formal training but achieves to avoid trauma from taking control of assaulted youth.
