WE OBSERVE how YL Coaches and Program Partners activate their region using our media and methods, how schools, youth, Key Professionals, allies respond, and we observe what works and what doesn’t work, and we document it and share it with our YL Tribe Coaches Community to learn from, to converse among each other as co-learners, to form bonds, unite resources and relations and team up > we develop prototype models and practitioners and coaches for others to learn from
